PVC has some amazing versatility at a reasonable price. It can be used
outside and be effective for years. It needs to be router cut to shape
and machines with ease. PVC is easily painted with a strong, durable finish,
the only limitation is the rough edges showing the structure of PVC
that will be largely unnoticeable.
Between PVC and Acrylic, PVC is more budget friendly and lighter
with Acrylic being a little more precise, smoother and heavier.
